When we first started doing research about putting a pool in, we were very concerned about choosing the right pool company (it seemed like we sat through a ton of different presentations from a ton of different pool companies). When Anchor came out the guys were very strait forward and honest, it almost seemed to good to be true. But it wasn't. Everything went as you said it would, and within our budget. I just wanted to say thank you very much. We love our pool. This past summer we spent almost every day & night in or around it. I doubt you will recall my pool immediately (dated 7/2/84). It was for the purchase, labor, and materials for the installation of an 18x36 rectangle in-ground pool. At the time we committed to proceed with the above purchase, we were operating under the assumption that we would not receive the full value when it came time to sell our house. We were informed by those "in the know" that it would impede our ability to sell the property as it would appeal to a very limited market.
We are pleased to report that "they" were wrong! We recently sold our house after 31 days on the market. Not only did we receive a good offer, but the pool was the deciding factor with the buyers.
We believe it was the beauty of the pool, the quality installation done by Anchor Pools, and the landscaping which turned the trick. Our only regret is that Anchor Pools does not operate in our new location.-Rexford Smith
